We have now arrived in Brisbane and are intending to stay at the Yellow Submarine Backpackers which we have heard much good about. (10$ punch night all saturdays and free food sundays... ;D ).

Brisbane is the capital of queensland and we have heard that the city should be dull... far from it...! Lots of groovy aussies and worldies around to have fun with... they have an artificial beach in the middle of the city and they party bloody hard...!

The city is virtually one big construction site as akyscrapers are shooting up everywhere and together with two new irish (yeah we are lucky with these irish fellas) we are contributing on our new job by making bricks... (actually we are cleaning the factory but anyway... :S )
